Please read the following policy regarding our membership packages carefully: Recurring Membership All membership packages are recurring and will automatically renew once all included sessions are used. The renewal will occur on the same date each month or year, depending on the package you selected. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact us at least 30 days before your next scheduled renewal date. To ensure your cancellation is processed in time, please reach out to us via (845) 538-3936 with your membership details. Refunds Refunds will not be issued for any unused sessions or partial months once the renewal has occurred.
