Booking Services Policy Thank you for choosing our services. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth experience. Cancellations: Standard Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. To cancel, please use our online cancellation feature. Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your session, please contact us directly. Note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a reservation fee of $50. Package Cancellations: If you purchased a package, please see our package policy for cancellation information. Rescheduling: To reschedule your session, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Contact Information For cancellations within 24 hours, rescheduling, or any other inquiries, please reach out to us at (845) 538-3936. Refunds: Reservation fees for late cancellations within 2 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. Changes to Policy We reserve the right to update or change this policy as needed.
