Booking Services Policy Thank you for choosing our services. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth experience. Cancellations: Standard Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. To cancel, please use our online cancellation feature. Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your session, please contact us directly. Note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a reservation fee of $50. Package Cancellations: If you purchased a package, please see our package policy for cancellation information. Rescheduling: To reschedule your session, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
